Challenge #91 - Anything Goes

We had another terrific challenge last week, and we got real close to another 200 entry challenge (but not quite).  We sure do love seeing your beautiful art shared in our challenges, and we thank you for taking the time to stop by and share with us.  We have two more wonderful prizes up for grabs this week, and we hope that you will all link up your art this week.  And don't forget.....there is a third prize that will be given out if we do reach that 200 entry mark.

Our scripture for this week is Psalm 124:8 and it reminds us that God, the maker of heaven and earth, is always there to be a help to us.  What a tremendous blessing to know that we don't have to fear anything or face trials alone.  The great Creator is on our side.  He is always there to help us through difficult times.  Sometimes we wonder where God is in the midst of our trials.  But what we need to remember is that God has not moved.  It is WE who move away from Him; by forgetting to pray, neglecting to read and study His Word, and by not spending time with Him each day.  That's when things get difficult.  What a joy to know that He is always right there....just waiting for us to call on Him for the help we need to face each day and the trials it will bring.  Yes, God is always there.  All we have to do is call on Him and ask Him to help us, and He will NEVER ever leave us.  What a blessing!

You are welcome to save this week's free scripture/word art file to your computer, but are not required to use it in order to play along in our challenges.   We welcome you share your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. You can also link more than one project each week (up to 5 each week). The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning. We just  want God's Word to be a blessing and encouragement to you each week. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules".  They have been recently revised, and we ask that you check them out if you aren't familiar with our challenge guidelines.  Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Here is this week's free scripture/word art. We hope you enjoy it!
